Delivery & Shipping

MAC ART offers FREE DELIVERY within Australia and for International Orders we request an email be sent to macoriginal.art@gmail.com to confirm Shipping/Tax (if relevant) charges.

For all Original Art your orders placed prior to 4:00pm will be processed on the day with delivery expected between 7-14 business days.

Any orders received after 4:00 pm will begin processing the next business day. Friday's orders will go out Monday morning. Public holidays are not considered business days.

Please expect shipping delays due to the impact of Covid-19 on postal and delivery services worldwide.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please be mindful that shipping/delivery delays are out of  MAC ART's control.

 

MAC ART prefers to use Australia Post Standard service for all deliveries within Australia. Those in Metro areas might even expect their delivery to arrive within 7-14 business days otherwise up to 21 days is expected. MAC ART has no control over delays with Australia Post.

 

All artwork is packaged very carefully with art packaging materials and safely secured in bubblewrap and cardboard.
